Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your jewellery quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is our standard shipping policy:
1. Processing Time
- Ships next day (order by 17:00 free shipping above €50)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands & Belgium):
- Standard Shipping: €4.95 (Free shipping on order above €50)
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days via PostNL or DHL
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Delivery Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@lavi-jewellery.com with your order number and photos.
- Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- Some international destinations may have shipping restrictions on precious metals or stones.
